2019

Cache was established in 2019 with a clear mandate: to modernise investment infrastructure while maintaining institutional standards of governance and oversight.

2020
First Product: Launched
Our first client was onboarded in March 2020, followed by the launch of our first retail investment product in October 2020. By the end of that year, Cache was servicing three active funds across digital and retail markets.
2021
Acquiring Momentum
In 2021, the business secured strategic investment to accelerate growth and expand its operational capabilities. And between 2020 and 2023, Cache supported the launch and administration of a range of investment structures, including micro-investing platforms and syndicate vehicles, building deep operational expertise across emerging and digital asset classes.
2023
Making TermPlus Market-Ready
In 2023, Cache onboarded its first institutional client, Pengana Capital Group, marking a significant expansion into traditional institutional funds management.
2024
Developing Trustee Expertise
In 2024, Cache acquired a Responsible Entity business and AFSL, bringing licensing and trustee capabilities in-house. This milestone strengthened our governance framework and enabled us to provide fully integrated structuring, trustee and fund administration services. That same year, Cache expanded into traditional equities and multi-asset funds, diversifying beyond its early focus on digital investment products.

Mastering Complex Products
In 2025, Cache launched its first wholesale crypto fund and private credit retail fund, demonstrating its ability to support sophisticated, multi-asset and alternative strategies within a regulated framework.
