When Bombora approached Cache, the fund was over-weight unlisted assets, illiquid and suspended to redemptions. Bombora sought a new Responsible Entity to assist restructure the fund so that it operates efficiently with variable liquidity.

Cache partnered with Bombora to design, structure, and re-operationalise the fund, delivering a robust foundation that supports both investment complexity and operational scalability. The restructured Fund is now liquid and open for redemptions.

Blossom’s ambition was to “democratise” fixed income investing by combining fully digital onboarding and investment journey and stable, income-focused returns. To achieve this, they needed a fund structure and operational model that could support high-volume retail users, real-time interactions, and strict regulatory requirements with a seamless in-app experience.
