What They Wanted

Bombora’s Special Growth Investment Fund provides investors with access to high-growth opportunities across both public and private markets.  The strategy requires a structure capable of supporting less liquid assets, dynamic allocations, and longer investment horizons, while still delivering a coherent and investable product for clients.

When Bombora approached Cache, the fund was over-weight unlisted assets, illiquid and suspended to redemptions.  Bombora sought a new Responsible Entity to assist restructure the fund so that it operates efficiently with variable liquidity.The key requirements were:
